HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

The package is shipped within 24 hours after the order is received. Delivery is estimated in 24/48 business hours.

HOW CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF THE ORDER OR SHIPMENT?

In your personal area you will have the information you need to track the progress of your order. After the package has been processed, you will receive the tracking link via e-mail so that you can check the status of the shipment.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN?

In your personal area, next to the delivered order, you can click on the "Make a return/exchange" button that will allow you to activate the procedure.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

The refund will be activated as soon as the ordered items are picked up and delivered to the location.The procedure is usually completed in 4-5 business days.

CAN I PAY IN CASH?

Yes, you just choose "cash on delivery" as the payment method on the checkout page.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

You can choose to pay for your orders in different ways:

Payment to the courier in cash - cash on delivery : You will pay your order in cash to the courier;
Credit/Debit Card : You can pay with your credit/debit card;
Bank Transfer : You will be able to make a transfer to the bank details that will be provided to you after you have completed your order;

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

Within 14 days of delivery, the right of withdrawal can be exercised, meaning a free return or replacement request. We will accept the return or replacement of any item purchased on our e-commerce if:

will not be damaged;
will not be worn;
the online order invoice will be included;
will be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Shipping in the event of a return will be our responsibility. We will provide a full refund or free replacement once we receive the damaged merchandise. Following the 14-day Luca Barra warranty protects the jewelry from any defects due to the manufacturing process. Any manufacturing defects and/or breakages that, upon careful inspection by our technicians, are deemed attributable to the company, will entitle the customer to free repair or replacement consistent with the availability of the items.Shipping of the product to the customer's location is the responsibility of the customer. However, defects due to improper use, accidental events, alterations due to wear and tear or repairs not carried out by our laboratories or negligent maintenance are excluded from the warranty.

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR RECEIVING A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT? AND WHAT ARE THE RULES?

Delivery time for a customized product varies from 5 to 10 days.
Products cannot be returned or exchanged except for serious manufacturing defects.
Customized products cannot be paid for by cash on delivery but only by card or bank transfer.
